      Pros

      Great place for those wanting to work on cutting edge R&D work developing Wireless Modem Software. Management welcomes people with great R&D skills, but not much opportunity for other support functions or front end roles Campus is huge as it is set up as part of a open defence industry compound

      Pros

      What I experienced at Renesas was that it treats people truly with respect, even in very difficult situation, despite of age, race etc. Also, I experienced that people are more important than keeping the profits over 10% ( as in US companies ).

      Cons

      For some people it was difficult to work with Japanese or French teams because of the language. For many it was unpleasant to work with UK teams because of their bureaucratic attitude and people's arrogance & ignoring attitude towards "the other".
