There are reorganizations all the time. It is not so good for a person who really wants work hard.

Great work. Ownership of the components which are otherwise not possible if working in India. Stress-free and efficient work environment Great perks like CLV, WFH, Mobile Phone/Laptop policy and a comprehensive insurance coverage

It's quite interesting that engineers can suggest business/sales strategy based on strong skills of hardware and software with MCU, AP(analog and power), and SoC.

Cons

Too many managers, with no leaderships. It already passed few years from when the company was merged Hitachi, Mitsubishi, and NEC electronics, but, its business structure is not re-constructed yet.
