      Pros

      The benefits are very good (heath, 401k, etc.)

      Cons

      Self serving management that continues to blame the employees for the company's performance issues. Overseas offices (America, Europe, etc.) are given very little respect for their contributions on a global scale, and are usually the first to see cutbacks when the market begins to dip. Human Resources is a department to stay clear of at all times.

      above average total comp and benefits package depending on group you're in, workload can be very light so good life for pay

      Cons

      undergoing merger so lots of politics and in fighting. stay away management does not care about good employees regardless of rhetoric self serving management philosophy. out to screw employees. not to be trusted lots of layers of management - slow decision making lack of exciting products in hi growth areas
