      It's exactly what you'd expect but worse

      Pros

      Teammates are the reason you keep smashing your face into the wall. Pay is above average, but keep that in mind when you apply here... Why do they pay better than the competition? The brain damage might not be worth it.

      Cons

      Leadership does not talk to anyone below them, they're only worried about what the C-suite wants. Nobody has heard of "going to the Gemba" even though the company is HQ'd in Tokyo. It's a sea of incompetence and ass-kissing.
