Pros
Updated pays are generally above market values in Turkey, However there will be some people in finance and computer sciences (in your experience level) that will be making more than you. Great working atmosphere, everybody is helpful, caring and just wants to get the job done.
Cons
Hard to climb corporate ladder from here if you have a goal like that. Istanbul is expensive and hard to pursue a rather good life. Traffic is headache, buying a house is impossible, and city is just a big messy soup of chaos.
