Hardly any employee friendly policies by the HR who doesn't listen either to the concerns of employees or inputs of the management. Basic benefits which are provided bybeven start ups with 50 employees, for example, office transport, canteen with food, tax benefits like fuel reimbursement or Sodexo, car lease, are not provided despite multiple requests by employees simply because the HR isn't willing to put in that extra effort help employees. Instead, the overall number of holidays per year per employee has been reduced by 11 days with no proper justification.
