      Amazing chance to get foot in the door as an AIN. They give the opportunity to work and that provides great experience and future opportunities

      Cons

      Can get work on short notice but otherwise it's good.

      Great culture solidly permeated throughout the orgnaization. Strong employee recognition programs. Very focused on patient satisfaction and employee engagement.

      Cons

      Prior expansion has resulted in financial challenges in a very high unemployment market (big increase in self pay).
