My job at rent one

Pros

A few reasons to choose rent one as an employer. First reason I get to help people some in need and others that just want something nice they can afford example 2 days ago 12/14/2019 me and another co worker delivered this woman a fire place and a 75" television. The woman was so excited after we took her tv out the box she claimed in the box and asked if I would take a picture of her in it I giggled and said sure she smiled so big and said it's been a long time since she had been able to buy herself anything at all much less for Christmas that hit a spot deep in my heart and made me enjoy my job and glad I took the position so that being said I will stay here working for rent one

Cons

The biggest thing I can see is having to pick up something that a client has to let go back and the kids in the home say for example don't the my tv. But to make it better I remind the client(parents) about our BOR (back on rent) program Wich makes it easier for a person to be able to let there merchandise come back to the store and when they can get back on track they can re rent the same merchandise from were they left off without any extra fees
