Pros

Rent One has been amazing to me since I was 18 years old. Because of the support they provide it has made me a successful person and employee.

Cons

The only thing that I could ask to be better is specific roll training for other positions within the store.

Pros

Great interactions with clients and coworkers on a daily basis, love the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals, and very flexible/pro on earning and using PTO.

Cons

Seems like most newer employees have the hardest time adjusting to the stress. Like any business we have ups and downs. Once you learn how to notice past trends and handle the stress part it can be one of the best places to work.
