Seems good has good pay and training is okay all on the outside

Cons

They find loopholes to not pay you. Play favoritism and theres way too many hands in your money pot. I witnessed previous employees emailing in demanding money they're withholding from people and I personally experienced it myself... RUN find something more honest.

Pros

All employees are very supportive and communicative. There is work life balance. CEO is a great guy! They been hiring lot of people and the company is growing fast. Also there is Flexible Time Off policy.

Cons

Insurance & other benefits are just okay okay, but they been improving it every year.

Nice people that work there for the most part

Lack of structure. There are many different divisions/locations that all tend to do thing differently making it hard to create any streamlined processes. Also too many individuals that have their hand in functions that aren't part of their role and making it hard for those whose role it is to effectively manage.
