      the hours they offer, and atmosphere is amazing.

      there's days were we set appointments and days we dont.

We try to give employees a certain degree of flexibility with scheduling however we cannot always accommodate all requests. If there are any pressing suggestions feel free to discuss this with management.

      - M&A environment but still a startup feel - The office is closed the last week of the year- paid time to rest and recoup - On-site opportunity allows collaboration - Option to work in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, WFH Fridays if on-site - Spoiled with amenities to keep everyone energetic - Birthday PTO, 401(k) match

      Cons

      - Sometimes info isn't communicated through the chain fast enough - Company does its best to keep everyone in the loop with newsletters and Town Halls; sometimes it's still digested in pieces as things rapidly change - Not all personnel have been able to move to the new penthouse location yet (soon!)
