Kakistocracy

Pros

There truly are no postive attributes to mention as the CEO and other leaders seem to have to no understanding of operational fundamentals and laws.

Cons

A kakistocracy lead by a group of grossly inept petulant individuals, supplicants and surrogates. The Executives are primarily incompetent, arrogant and undisclipined. In general most of the Executives have had no operational experience. To be fair, some of the leadership team has previous operational experience, though the individuals lack the know-how and experience to understand their actions through a systems lens. The organization is poorly structured and poorly run due to a failure to understand basic organizational development, organizational structure, organizational effectiveness principles.

Pros

Coworkers! That is it, sadly.

Cons

Promises, promises, and more promises only to be let down. They lie to your face so you can continue to work FOR them... only to be "laid off" when they are done with you. Promised that a move to a different state, wont affect your position or employment, and you can continue with the company... lied straight to your faces by ALL of HR and the CEO, not once but on MULTIPLE occasions. They don't care how much you dedicate yourself to the company. Disgusting behavior - DON'T trust this company! They are awful to work with! Leadership doesn't even care to understand what goes on... use and abuse employees at all hours of the day/night. You are nothing but a number to them and replaceable. The coworkers are only benefit - everything else sucks!

Management too busy to manage their team

Pros

The company has an overall good mantra and feel. Their CEO is a likeable guy that does a pretty good job getting buy in from employees.

Cons

Unfortunately some of the mid to upper level directors struggle to build employee confidence due to their inability to commit time to building relationships with their teams. The lack of focus causes employees to miss out on critical coaching time and has a tendency to set employees up for failure.
