Pros

- Good environment to start in if you’re interested in a career in the automotive industry. - Provides a good opportunity to learn how to deal with difficult customers and providing good customer service.

Cons

- Your enjoyment working there is heavily dependent on your relationship with the branch manager. The first branch i worked at was great, however the second branch i worked at made me hate working there. - You’ll generally experience more angry or rude customers than polite ones. - Extremely high expectations to meet budgets even on slow days despite it being nearly impossible. - Regional managers treat you like you’re beneath them. They come into the store and pick on you for petty things like the music being too loud or the angle a display sign is being pointed. - Its an old boys club. If you’re in the circle you’ll do fine but if you’re not you’re gonna find yourself struggling and being borderline bullied.
