Great team of people. Part of a larger organisation. Development and growth opportunities becoming stronger. Team work amongst peers is strong.
Cons
Considered resource heavy but in fact the opposite. When requesting more support or help, it's simply not actioned or heard. It's difficult to deliver high standards of work when we simply don't have enough hands on deck to help.
