Pros

The only pro really is the paid time off.

Cons

Repligen has a serious problem with employee burnout. They expect you to constantly push yourself with little support, which quickly drains your energy and motivation. Hard work doesn’t get you noticed or promoted—seems like the players that move up the ladder are the ones not doing much. If you’re looking for a place that values dedication and talent, this isn’t it. Repligen suffers from a toxic cycle of burnout and high turnover. When employees leave or are fired, their work is simply dumped on others without any additional support or compensation. Management seems more focused on meeting aggressive targets than recognizing or rewarding actual contributions. Promotions are rarely based on performance—more often, they go to those who play politics and say the right things, not the ones doing the hard work. If you're looking for a company that truly values its people, this isn’t the place.
