Pros

Sadly, I leave with no fond memories—only lessons in what to avoid.

Cons

At Repligen, it doesn’t seem to matter how hard you work. Promotions and recognition often go to favorites, not those who actually earn it. It’s tough to stay motivated when your efforts are overlooked in favor of office politics.

Pros

- Competitive Total Rewards. Top tier benefits for US employees with the company covering a very large portion of cost for medical, dental and vision insurance. Very generous PTO plans. Great facilities center with a state-of-the-art gym and golf simulator at the Waltham HQ. - Autonomy. Employees are empowered and trusted to make decisions at various levels of the organization. - Growth opportunity. As Repligen grows, there are opportunities for internal career mobility. - Flexible work. In my role and in many salaried roles, employees can work remotely, step out for appointments, pick up kids, etc. My manager trusts me to get my work done. - Nimble, fast-moving company. Repligen has grown rapidly and continues to grow. There are exciting opportunities in R&D and M&A. - Fantastic team. Everyone is supportive from the top down. Executive and C-Suite level leaders make themselves accessible and prioritize supporting employees, communicating with employees, and listening to feedback. Very diverse team.

Cons

- Slow to integrate acquired companies, but making improvements. - Learning & Development program is weak, but the company is working on improvements. - While Total Rewards package is competitive, employee base pay should be increased. Repligen does a good job with long-term incentives (Restricted & Performance Stock Units, annual bonus for eligible employees) and benefits, but should bring salaries up to remain competitive. - Somewhat US-centric since a majority of business and employees are in the US. Could make efforts to be more globally inclusive. - Lack of women in leadership.
