-Got rid on quarterly bonus -Got rid of overtime -Employees who used to work M-F were forced switch to work rotation weekends (short notice) -Seniority and favoritism is HUGE -Management and HR don't reward loyalty no matter how long or how hard you've worked -"laid off" 10 or more people in order not to pay the yearly bonus - HR "investigations" lead nowhere, and are not taken serious. They take supervisors side even tho there's proof they're wrong. - Directors who tell employees to good rid of or hide materials from monthly cycle counts are rewarded with even higher positions.

Infrastructure is hurting. Fast growth and poor planning is having a negative impact. New management is tanking the commercial team by making it hard for people with loads of experience to do their jobs. There are way too many cooks in the kitchen pressuring the sales team and no backup by immediate management. there will be turnover soon.
