Work-life balance, competitive salary with annual increases, great health benefits

Cons

Leadership changeover has resulted in a lot of questionable decisions. There has been significant restructuring where key employees with essential institutional knowledge have been let go. Leadership loves to create made-up sounding job titles for higher level positions and hire director level and above employees when there is more need for mid-level professionals who actually get the work done.

emerging player to contest big suppliers. pay can be good in MA, many others under paid. balanced work schedule.

Cons

Lost founding CEO and now poorly run by new c-level team. Major reduction of current employees to bring in employees from ceo former org. Complete lack of accountability of sr management for certain sectors within the company. No harmonization of different business units.
