Good solid growth, good CEO and top line management. Excellent salary and compensation
Cons
Unable to support rapid growth. Some management teams put all pressure, responsibility and burden on product management team without providing any supporting team or resources. The management line below Executive level is more interested in bolstering their achievements and product growth than supporting their team or ensuring product continual improvement. It’s not company wide but siloed so if you land in this silo you have no voice. PM are not enabled to make decisions without going up multi level ladder.
