Depending on the dept you’re working for, you can either get really fun people or people who just want to work and leave.
Cons
Besides in manufacturing, other departments seem to be lead by managers/supervisors that stunt their teams growth. They are either afraid to lose the person in their group to another team, or they give you false promises. The turnover rates are high due to poor management, not necessarily the culture.
