Pros

Everyone works together pretty well, organized, professional, severance is generally pretty good. I had a lot of fun with my boss and coworkers. Work was good.

Cons

Was expected to perform a higher job function without title change or increased pay. They laid me off 3 weeks after I returned from maternity leave right around the holidays which sucked. The job I was originally hired for didn’t have a super robust JD so for my first year I didn’t have a ton to do, and guidance in that area was minimal.
