They are either afraid to lose the person in their group to another team, or they give you false promises. The turnover rates are high due to poor management, not necessarily the culture. -Got rid on quarterly bonus -Got rid of overtime -Employees who used to work M-F were forced switch to work rotation weekends (short notice) -Seniority and favoritism is HUGE -Management and HR don't reward loyalty no matter how long or how hard you've worked -"laid off" 10 or more people in order not to pay the yearly bonus - HR "investigations" lead nowhere, and are not taken serious. They take supervisors side even tho there's proof they're wrong. - Directors who tell employees to good rid of or hide materials from monthly cycle counts are rewarded with even higher positions.
