Infrastructure is hurting. Fast growth and poor planning is having a negative impact. New management is tanking the commercial team by making it hard for people with loads of experience to do their jobs. There are way too many cooks in the kitchen pressuring the sales team and no backup by immediate management. there will be turnover soon.

EVERYTHING Management there is horrible they use and abuse the good workers while the bad workers do nothing but talk all day. The raise is also horrible i dont understand how someone who knows the department's ins and out gets the same raise at the person who does not know absolutely anything. Management also promises raises/promotion but never follows thru with it.
