Good place to get a start with minimal previous industry experience, good networking opportunities
Cons
High turnover due to employee dissatisfaction, for good reason. As more people left, the work would get piled on to the remaining people with no adjustment in salary. Travelling every week made work-life balance impossible. Did not receive a salary sufficient to support living in the area.
