      Incredibly smart and accomplished team. Inspiring leader. Tons of opportunity to contribute. Thoughtful scaling of the company. Working for a company TRULY intent on changing lives...and executing on it!

      Typical startup growing pains. Need to nail transparency and consistently share "the vision." Onboarding process needs a few tweaks.
