Pros

Free flights, good benefits, good tech equipment and flexibility

Cons

3 weeks max vacation, old dirty outdated work environment. Employee engagement and employee culture is a joke. I was employed there for a long time and during that time I had seen many programs come and go and everyone of them that was geared towards making employee life better would fail due to lack of follow through by management. Below average pay.

Pros

Coworkers treat you really well. Pay is on the higher side for regional airlines. Flight benefits for all 3 codeshares we operate for, American, Delta, and United. May be the most flexible schedule for reserve Flight Attendants out there.

Cons

We obviously lack in pay compared to mainline, while we may do the same work. Our flying is limited to mostly domestic, with few international trips(Canada, Mexico, Cuba, Bahamas).

Pros

You get to travel at work around the U.S.

Cons

The companies morale is extremely low. I was suppose to have two full days off after flight training and they called me the very next morning which was Christmas day to report to work all the way in Demver and I lived in Georgia at the time and there was a big snow storm and flights canceling everywhere. I was new to the industry so had to figure out a way to Denver base by myself unlike the other flight attendants who knew what to do because they were mostly previous flight attendants. I made it to base but not on time and the Denver supervisor base was yelling and screaming at me literally at the top of her lungs about not being there on time. Then she calls back and says never mind it was schedulings fault they should not have called you in. She didn't even apologize for being so nasty and rude when it wasn't my fault. The flight attendants some are nice and some aren't that goes for the pilots too. I had an issue that I can't even remember but we had a union at the time" teamsters" and I was having a conversation about it and the D.C. base supervisor , she overheard my conversation and used her authority to punish me and bully me. She did a ghost flight where you don't let the person know you are flying on one of there flights and evaluating them. Now, even though I I did everything by the book and ran that flight perfectly and prestine she tried to make it appear I didn't do good and lie and say, "I would've had to stop that flight and take over myself." I Asked why she had nothing but I got up like a millisecond before I was suppose to to move around the airplane. She was full of crap. Unlady- like sitting with her legs wide open as the sea with a short dress on and highly disrespectful and rude. So. Many people from my class quite as a result of not being treated fairly by the management and other people at Republic. I hated. working there. Wish I never worked for them.
