      .Many bases to choose from with .Flies for three Carrier ( Delta, United & American) so you get benefits on all of those carriers, .Great International Destinatons in Canada and South America. .Growing and fast! .Highly Respected

      .Managment is A HUGE OPPORTUNITY AREA! Maybe biased but a general consensus amongst crew members. .Senority makes the job really hard on new comers especially when you have to relocate or even worse commute. .Pay compared to competitors is horrible. Like at times I contemplated on donating blood to feed myself J/K, no but seriously. What makes it worse is that the company is Loaded. .Horrible union for flights attendants. They don't defend you on anything never got the point of having one with that company. .Uniform pieces another opportunity area.

      Pay is ok.... Plenty of flight time if you want it.... medical and dental benefits are good....

      Training needs updated.... need better flight benefits
