      Pros

      There are no good reasons to work for Republic.

      Cons

      Completely incompetent management in inflight from the top down. Dreadful communication policies. Extremely low pay. Company does not follow it's own "Mission" and "Guiding Principles".

      Pros

      Absolutely nothing. I wish I could say something different. Everything I was told in the interview/selection process has turned out to be completely false. I do enjoy my days off, which are becoming fewer and fewer.

      Cons

      Everything, especially the culture (or lack thereof). This place is run as cheap and with as few personnel as possible. The executives roll in the cash (and Ferrari's) while employees, many of which qualify for food stamps, parade around in filthy airplanes with the paint peeling off the sides. People work here because they have to get experience somewhere to get to a major airline. You would be much better off starting in this industry with a place that respects you - like Skywest or ExpressJet. My friends over there realize how truly great they have it when I tell them about my workday here!
