      Flight Benefits is the only pro, and its flying standby

      Cons

      High Turnover due to poor employee treatment Has shown signs of racism and discrimination The lowest paying aviation company Mentally and physically draining with hardly any time off Forces you to work weekends until you move up in seniority

      Don't be fooled from the Interviews

      Pros

      They have flight benefits but they overall are not that great especially when flights are extremely booked these days in a post-covid era

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover due to lack of training and everyone loves to play the blame game. The leaders on the Revenue team is anything of that of a leader from the director to the manager. They do not know what they are doing and offer no assistance. Purely a sink or swim environment. They "plug" people to manage and give zero training and help. Make sure to watch your back, you have been warned.
