Pros
Flight benefits with major airlines, health benefits and 401k. The schedule seemed to be somewhat flexible. You were actually able to choose the 10 or 11 days of the month that you wanted off.
Cons
Could pay a little more. Make sure you get a current criminal background check for yourself to make sure there is nothing you may have forgotten over the years. Even traffic violations are very important and should be disclosed. This check is not done until you arrive at training so if you forgot something you will be sent home.
