Good starter airline. Travel benefits were good. I liked my coworkers. They have cleaners for their planes. I don't have any thing else nice to say

Cons

Over worked and under paid. Management sucks and is chaotic and isn't much support for their employees. Every employee hates it

Benefits are fair. If you like flying stand by, travel benefits are a perk. I believe Bryan Bedford tries to make Republic a good company to work for. The not every manager lives by the company's stated values . Therefore the culture suffers.

Cons

Company grew too fast with no controllers in place. People placed in jobs that they were not qualified for, a lot of money wasted on poor communication from Upper and Mid Management. Managers not taking responsibility for their part. No uniformity between departments. Us verses them mentality.
