Travel Benefits are awesome, however as a FA, you have lower standby priority than the gate agents... The crew members at my base were awesome and in a lot of ways we were like a family

Union is not supportive Trips are inefficiently constructed Continual arbitrary changes in policies that didn't make any sense Mainline mentality on a regional airline made for stressful working conditions when it came to first class cabin service Inflight management ignores you when there is a legitimate issue Schedulers are nasty and knowingly try to get you to do assignments when it violates your union contract when THEY need something covered One of the lowest paid regional airlines
