      Nice bases, good health insurance, good scheduling, easy job.

      Cons

      Terrible management who are nothing more than overpaid and under educated hacks that have no idea how to deal with people.

      Pros

      I have been on Reserve in Denver for more than 2 years. The pro is if you have an additional and flexible job you are home most of the time. November I was only gone 8 nights, December will be 6 nights.

      Cons

      I rarely make my guarantee, a pro is I am paid even tho I don't work but the con is you have no idea if you will be used on your "work" days, you don't make per diem, and have no control over scheduling your life.
