Pros
Co workers for the most part are great. Flying benefits are great too, although you do have to fly standby. I haven't had much trouble with this.
Cons
Reserve is tough. Be prepared to make under $20,000 for a while unless you want to work on your days off. Management is poor, training is equally as bad. Also, you may be based somewhere far from home.
