      Pros

      Getting foot in the door. Instructors are great, base managers and supervisors are lazy. Training was very hands on so you feel confident when I'm q situation.

      Cons

      Contracts are terrible and haven't been updated so everyone is pissed off all the time. Unpleasant to work with. Base supervisors don't do anything to help answer questions. The Union reps are awful and tell you they're going to help but never get in touch with you.
