      Pros

      Good airplanes, great locations. They will send you for training and pay for it, however more and more regionals are going that route now.

      Cons

      Low pay for new First Officer. It seems lowest within regionals. Still having contract issues. Need to be more involved with trading instead of leaving it to Flihht safety.

      Air travel benefits, sick time bank and vacation time available. relaxed attire and bagels on Fridays.

      Cons

      Having to rely on a Pilots union to be able to move this company forward and allow us to expand.
