      Line base employees show a lot of support for each other and always help each other out.

      Cons

      There is to much in fighting between the pilots and management. Seems neither side wants to actually work with the other.

      the pay is not as competitive as it should be but it is improving. The best talent is not always at the best position so some decisions are not the best
