      Pros

      They will hire just about anyone. They pay for training.

      Cons

      Very poor working conditions. Company doesn't care about keeping it's Quality employees. President cannot keep his religious or political views to himself. Flight Attendant Training is shotty at best.

      Pros

      Training is really good. Great people to work with, Fun atmosphere, very sophisticated and advanced airplanes Embrear 170/175/190). Good pay for a Regional Airline.

      Cons

      Hangar facilities and vehicles can be improved. Uniforms need to be a bit more modernized. Educational advancement incentives would be nice.
