      A great place to start a career as an airline pilot.

      Pros

      Potential for flexible schedules for senior employes (10 + years). Potential for substantial vacation time for senior employees (10 + years). Once past six years, offer a very competitive 401k match. Strong leadership from the executive office.

      Cons

      Very good potential for very inflexible and over-worked schedules. Very poor management from the middle and lower ranks. Incompentent would accurately describe anything below executive managment.

      Pros

      Good health care plan options.The flight priveledges we get for working as American, United and Delta flight attendants are the best benefits to me.

      Cons

      The pay is lower than most major airlines. Multiple legs per day with short layovers can be very tiring.
