Pros

The insurance package is good for the price. For the most part, coworkers are good people. Travel benefits could be nice if you're given the time off to use them.

Cons

Management pushes employees to their limits. Incompetence is promoted because it is inexpensive. The company continually makes poor decisions which must be undone, costing time and money. Management seemingly seeks ways to circumvent written agreements, operating in gray areas to generate their desired results.

I used to love it, now I hate it (9 years later).

Pros

The health benefits are good. It's easy to get your foot in the door here as a flight attendant and because attrition is so high you move up quickly on the seniority list.

Cons

I am disappointed by the antagonistic relationship that exists between the employees out on the line and the managers/trainers/ bosses in Indianapolis. Morale is very low, as is the pay and quality of life. As a front line employee, you get treated pretty badly. What's worse, the flight attendants are not supportive of each other either. You're really just on your own here.

flight benefits, industry experience, exposure to contract flying as well as branded flying, corporate mergers and acquisitions experience, dynamic industry.

Cons

poor benefits - health, vision, dental, travel, paid time off. poor management practices - lots of contractors, contradicting cost saving measures.
