      Pros

      Travel Benefits PTO and Holiday time off is reasonable Health insurance is good coverage, but comes at a premium cost. My management is fair

      Cons

      Pay is less than what I would consider reasonable for a company of this size. No room or clear path for growth within the company Seems that only certain types of persons move up in the company.

      Pros

      Good place to practice discernment. Lots to learn. Big regional airline. Flight benefits.

      Cons

      Bad management. HR is terrible, accusatory, and unprofessional. Some co-workers are bigtime troublemakers. Pay is subpar. Work schedule could be improved, Onboarding process and training needs to be revamped. Required contracts for 2 year job loyalty.
