      hmm......nope cant think of any.....no wait.....yeah cant think of any.

      Cons

      management has no idea what they are doing, you are promoted if you kiss butt(regardless of experience or company knowledge, very low salary, management sees need to let you know who they are and there job title(boosts ego), miss your goal by $20 and you are slapped on the hand

      Seems like someone is let go every other week Recently reorganized a whole Region out, which sent a number of lower end managers to the unemployment line.
