Republic Services reviews

I was lied to when hired. They posted a job for roll-off and the job was residential rear load (tough job). They talk about how they care about employees, your just another number. I was told, "We don't work our employees to hard. We want them to retire from Republic." I busted my behind for these guys. I never missed a day or was late. Whatever you do dont have an accident. Unless you are of a different color other than white where you can play the race card, you will be terminated. It won't matter if its not your fault.
