      Pros

      Its been alright so far. There is a great group of people that I work with. The pay is alright and I enjoy what I do. Somewhat disorganized sometimes, but for the most part its fun to work there.

      Cons

      Disorganization can rear is head sometimes. For the most part its ok. I just wish they would communicate better with the employees. Sometimes we just get too caught up to take a time out

      Great people to work with, most are hardworking, smart people who have a grasp on their business from an operational stand point.

      Cons

      Don't understand how to grow the business, often times get to caught up in things that are unimportant. Executive team lacks charisma and character.

      Good culture... Good place for hybrid inside / outside position. Management is supportive and the people of the company are great.

      Cons

      Although the culture is nice, corporate procedures and processes can be difficult to work with.
