Low pay, all expenses (car, gas, customer "gifts") out of pocket first - then reimbursed a month later. Very low commission structure; not very lucrative to get more business other than meeting the goals set by your local manager. They like you to work a lot of hours! Lots of "baby-sitting". Numbers must be turned in on customer visits and calls every single day, GPS tracked through phones (brand new and may just be local), and daily tracking of numbers through an online database on top of all this!

Many areas are very under-resourced. RS has gone thru several aquisitions and they are still operating as a small company. They need to invest in people to drive programs to improve areas of the business. They also need to invest in technology. Instead they just keep saying ok everyone work harder and harder.
