"Clicky"--management is judgment and plays favorites--supervisors/upper management/employees lie to get their way or if they feel threatened--they wean out the employees who are dedicated and have tenure and keep the useless employees who are barely capable of doing their own jobs--hire outside the company with little to no experience instead of promoting within to save money..

There are too many to count. No training whatsoever. Even if you’re a driver they want to rush you to get out and work even if you don’t feel comfortable yet. They upper management is awful. They are only out for themselves and to get a bigger bonus. They talk to people under them like they are dirt.
