This place is a complete 💩 show. Do not become a team leader. They ate nothing but glorified phone agents. The company is not proactive at all. They let things crumble and then react leaving employees to clean up the mess

Commissions have rarely reflected a fair payout for individual revenue but at least you could justify the pain points with the work life balance and job benefits. As of a few months ago, that is no longer the case. New directives from upper management have shifted to a highly micromanaged work environment. Entire sales team is treated like they are on a performance plan even if they have proven track record of meeting and exceeding their goals. (mandatory, graded, ride-alongs with managers, weekly checks in etc.)
