Business Outlook
Pros
If your in the right area of the country, you will be paid well. Once you get out of the yard you don't have a boss breathing down your back.
Cons
Very early start. Management waiting at the fuel pump to test your driving skills after you have been running all day. Very difficult to get the vacation weeks you need to be with your kids when they are off. If something is wrong with the truck they want to blame it on the driver. You can work for them for 10+ years and have a Great Safety record and still not have a guaranteed position with the company.
