Pros

Some locations have a great culture. Relaxed dress code. Decent sick and vacation policies. Advancement is possible.

Cons

Limited bonus potential and some locations are not team players. To advance, you must be willing to transfer to the corporate office. Pay seems lower than competitors. As with most large companies, innovation can be slow.

Pros

decent pay and benefits stable work uniforms open door police but don't mean much when you have management that don't want to hear you out

Cons

we report safety concerns to management and get ignored because profit comes first unsafe equipment that is out dated and makes a mess and upsets customers

Pros

Good insurance and benefit plan.

Cons

Billing questions over and over and over again. Upset customers. No time to be pro active. React react react. Hundreds of calls and emails during first week of billing cycle. Rates all over the board. Price increases until customer complains then save them. No reward for customer loyalty.
