I think this company truly cares about their employees. Even in a remote environment, you feel like a team and I’m really happy to be here. The benefits are really great for everyone.

Cons

The commission structure could be better. You can get penalized for things that aren’t your fault.

You're just a body

Decent pay and benefits. Central location. Yearly raises.

Cons

Management is always changing. Maintenance is terrible. Mostly young inexperienced techs. Trucks are not properly maintained or kept to DOT standards. No one in upper management seems to know any DOT laws or regulations. Newer drivers get better equipment. It doesn't matter how many decades you've invested into this company, one bad day and they'll send you packing like you never mattered because you don't and never will. Saftey is preached non stop but they will send you out in non road worthy trucks that are a hazard to you and everyone else on the road. If your just starting out in your professional driving career this place is an okay stepping stone to gain experience not some place you want to stay long term.
